The Producer - Content Management and FTP distribution

The producer has a very user friendly GUI. Arranging media to a display channel is easy by simple "drag and drop" operation. Each display channel can easily be set up individually in terms of resolution and orientation. Each display channel can easily be set up individually in terms of resolution and orientation. Play-Out handles all the common video formats, image and dynamic media like a URL or website - this enables users to display a real powerful combination of for example instant updated web content and 1080p video.

Depending on the users needs, a management system can be utilised and users can control several local systems no matter where on the globe they are located.

By using the unique Play-Out dynamic web rendering function, users can still directly update the content for the displays in an instant.

The Display Player - a stand alone media player

All display players work independently from each other in this kind of setup. Users can create content and playlists centrally and then upload to an FTP server from which each display player downloads it specific information.
